Use Npc as your starship broker i always use a cheap one, so i can reload my game without losing my starship maybe its hard to get s class but if you need to give hauler or trading starship without minding about the class, maybe this is a option and this is how i change the color of Radiant Pillar bc3 from red white to white yellow strip
